When buyers talk about "factory strength", they usually mean one thing: can this supplier actually deliver my order, on spec, on time, at the quality I promised my own customers? At LEADRAY, every LED street light leaving our production floor answers that question. From the die-casting workshop to the container loading bay, our factory is organised around one goal turning overseas orders into street lights that perform for years in the field.
| Factory area | 68,000 m² manufacturing base |
|---|---|
| Monthly production capacity | 1,200 units per month of LED street lights |
| Certification / test report reference | Reference No. LCS2111080754R |
| Production scope | Die-casting, powder coating, SMT, assembly, aging test, export packing |
For a project buyer, these numbers matter practically: a 68,000 m² plant means material and finished-goods space is never the bottleneck; 1,200 units a month means a multi-container order can be scheduled and phased; and a traceable certification reference (LCS2111080754R) means the technical file can go straight into your tender.
Rather than assembling from third-party kits, LEADRAY controls the complete manufacturing chain in-house. That vertical integration is what makes fast, consistent overseas order production possible:

Our H150W LED street light is a good example of how we engineer for export markets. As a 150W high-output luminaire, it is designed for main roads, industrial parks, highway interchanges and municipal upgrade projects the applications where buyers care about lumen maintenance, surge protection and installation cost at the same time.
Because the housing, driver cavity and optical platform are standardised, the same H150W body adapts quickly to different order requirements: beam angles, CCT options (3000K / 4000K / 5700K), photocell or NEMA socket add-ons, surge protection upgrades and private-label branding. For buyers running multi-country programmes, one qualified design can serve several markets.
Overseas orders fail for boring reasons: unclear specifications, unverified samples, and quality that drifts between the first container and the third. Our order flow is designed to remove those risks.
| Stage | What Happens | What the Buyer Gets |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Specification review | Lighting simulation, wattage/CCT/beam confirmation, compliance check | Agreed datasheet & quotation |
| 2. Sample approval | Pre-production sample built on the real line, tested and photographed | Signed golden sample |
| 3. Material preparation | Driver, LED and housing batch reservation; label & manual artwork proofing | Locked BOM & packaging proof |
| 4. Mass production | Line assignment, in-process inspection, 100% aging test | Production photos & progress updates |
| 5. Pre-shipment QC | AQL inspection, packing check, container loading supervision | QC report & loading photos |
Project buyers rarely place a single order. Road programmes are phased, so the same buyer returns for the second and third shipment and expects the same product. That is where an in-house factory beats a trading company: the same tooling, driver platform, testing protocol and QC team stay in place, so a reorder behaves like a production extension, not a new project.
It is also why we keep documentation ready for tender use: photometric test data, IP and electrical safety reports (reference No. LCS2111080754R), material declarations and warranty terms can be issued with the quotation, which saves weeks in the buyer's own approval chain.
