Q1: What is the installation height & pole diameter for these models?
A: Recommended installation height: 6~8 meters. Suitable pole top diameter:76mm. Installation spacing: 25-30 meters.
Q2: Can we adjust the lighting power and working hours?
A: Yes. We can pre-set brightness, working duration, PIR sensitivity before delivery. Clients can also re-configure via remote controller on site.
Q3: What is the lifespan of LiFePO4 battery?
A: LiFePO4 battery can reach 6000+ cycles. Normally service life >8 years under normal use.
Q4: What is the warranty period of the whole solar street light?
A: 3 years full warranty for the complete lamp (LED, controller, battery and solar panel). Damage caused by man-made destruction or natural disaster is excluded.
Q5: What certificates can you provide for tender project?
A: We can provide CE, RoHS, IEC test report, photometric report, factory audit document. We also support third-party inspection before shipment.
Q6: How about waterproof grade? Can it work in heavy rain or coastal salty environment?
A: IP65 waterproof. Standard version works for rain. For seaside/salt fog area, we offer anti-corrosion coating option to resist salt spray.
Q7: Can it work in low temperature area? A: Standard model supports -20℃ ~ +60℃. If your project is in cold region, we can add low-temperature battery heating function as customization.
