Village road lighting is usually bought by people who will be judged on whether the lights are still working two rainy seasons later. That makes it a checklist exercise rather than a specification exercise. Below is how the LRC-H120W answers the items that actually appear in these programmes.

140 pcs of 5050 LED at 230 Lm/W, for 21,600 lumens total. On a village road or parking approach this is the level at which faces, kerbs and obstacles are readable rather than merely silhouetted the practical definition of "lit" that residents use.
The 150°×80° beam, delivered through a batwing lens with 93% transmittance, spreads illumination across the carriageway instead of concentrating it. With tested spacing of 30–40 m, the pole schedule stays realistic for a road that never had lighting infrastructure before.
A 12.8V 60Ah LiFePO4 pack charged by a 135W 18V monocrystalline module keeps the fixture running through 3–5 days without meaningful sun. In practice that is the difference between a road that stays lit in the wet season and one that residents stop trusting.
Dual control of light sensor and timer, with the 30 lux threshold switching the lamp on at dusk and off at dawn. The 2.4G wireless remote lets a technician set brightness, working hours and mode without opening the housing.

1. Why a 60Ah battery on a 120W lamp instead of a smaller pack?
Because the brief is not "light tonight" but "light every night through the wet season". The larger pack is what converts 3-5 overcast days from a risk into a non-event.
2. How long does the panel take to recharge?
On a clear day the 135W module brings the pack back within the daylight window at typical latitudes. If your region has heavy haze, tell us and we will size the module for it.
3. What happens in low-power mode?
Output drops to a dimmed level that still keeps the road legible, extending runtime to about 45 hours. This is the profile most buyers use for the small hours.
4. Is installation complicated for a local crew?
Panel, LED head, controller and battery are integrated in one unit the site work is mounting the head and commissioning the remote. That is why this format is popular on programmes with no specialist electrical contractor.
LRC-H120W is built on our own line inside a 68,000 m² plant, with solar panel and LiFePO4 pack workshops on the same site, monthly street light capacity of 1,200 units and a quality file traceable under reference No. LCS2111080754R. Every unit is aged and pressure-tested before packing; OEM/ODM branding and parameter customisation are available for distributors and programme contractors.
Send the road length and the rainy-season profile we will return a spacing plan and the configuration that holds through it.
