From the USA to Our Factory: A Buyer's Visit Focused on Solar Storage and Smart Lighting

2026-10-23

This week we welcomed a buyer from the United States. His company handles commercial and industrial projects back home. He told us he had seen plenty of catalogues online, but for a project worth real money, he wanted to see the products, meet the engineers and understand how things are made.

We started in our showroom, where solar panels, smart street lights and energy storage units sit side by side. He walked the aisles slowly, stopping at the display boards for our integrated smart light range and one-stop supply model for contractors. He picked up a smart street light, checked the housing and panel, and asked about the controller and how the light connects to a management system.

Our engineers went through the numbers with him. In the US market, the biggest concern is often the return on investment. Electricity is expensive, and commercial customers want to know how fast a solar system pays for itself. We showed him real project data, charging and discharging curves, and how integrated storage can lower peak-time power costs. He asked pointed questions about battery life, warranty and how the system behaves in different climates. Every answer was backed by test records.

He was especially interested in our integrated smart street light, which combines lighting, solar and remote control in one unit. For his municipal and campus projects, he wanted to know if the light could be managed remotely and if spare parts would stay available for years. We walked him through the remote monitoring functions and after-sales support.

Then we stepped outside to a real installation site. The autumn trees were still colorful, and a smart street light stood beside the road under a clear sky. He watched how the unit was mounted, how the panel was angled, and how the system was wired. Seeing the product working outdoors answered more of his questions than any slideshow could.

Back at the office, we covered shipping to the US: packaging, customs documents, certification paperwork and delivery time. He asked about payment terms and what it takes to start a pilot order. We wrote everything down, item by item.

Before he left, he said he planned to bring our proposal to his team and start with a pilot project before scaling up. A visit like this is not just a tour. It is how we build trust for commercial projects that will run for many years.

If you are working on a solar, storage or smart lighting project, come see us.
