Most lighting programmes do not fail at the extremes. A 40W fixture is bought for footpaths and a 150W fixture for arterials; the friction sits in the middle, where rural highways, district roads and residential collectors need real output without the cost of a maximum-power unit. The LRC-H130W occupies that gap deliberately: 140 pcs of 5050 LED at 230 Lm/W producing 23,400 lumens, on a 25.6V 36Ah LiFePO4 pack charged by a 150W 36V module.

| LED efficacy | 230 Lm/W |
| Total luminous flux | 23,400 lm |
| LED quantity | 140 pcs (5050) |
| PV module | 150W 36V monocrystalline |
| Battery | 25.6V 36Ah LiFePO4 |
| Beam angle | 150°×80° (batwing lens, 93% transmittance) |

| Spacing / warranty | 35-50 m / 3 years |
Two economics arguments decide most of these tenders. First, spacing: at 35-50 metres, a 23,400 lm fixture does the work that a lower-output unit needs more poles to achieve — and poles, foundations and civil work usually cost more than the luminaire itself. Second, service life: the LED package is rated at 80,000 hours, so the fixture is not the item you plan to replace mid-cycle in a five-year road programme.
The optical side matters just as much on a narrow rural carriageway. The batwing lens spreads light across a 150°×80° field with 93% transmittance, which reads on site as even illumination from kerb to kerb rather than a bright circle under each pole with darkness in between.

1. Is 25.6V 36Ah enough for 130W?
Yes the pack is sized against the 12-hour full-power profile and the 3-5 day rain reserve. It is a matched power design, not a component picked from a parts list.
2. What does the 30 lux threshold actually do?
It is the trigger level for automatic switching: the fixture comes on when ambient light falls to that point and goes off at dawn, so seasonal daylight changes do not require a site visit.
3. 12 hours full power or 39 hours dimmed which should a municipality choose?
Both are available on the same unit and selectable by remote. Many buyers run full power for the high-traffic block and 30% for the remainder of the night.
4. Can the panel be enlarged for a difficult site?
Panel and battery sizing can be adjusted at order stage for higher latitudes or persistent haze. Tell us the site conditions rather than ordering the default and hoping.
The fixture is assembled on our LED line inside a 68,000 m² facility alongside the solar panel and LiFePO4 pack workshops which is why panel, battery and driver are matched before the order is confirmed rather than after a field failure.
Each unit passes raw material inspection, photoelectric testing, a waterproof check and a full aging cycle; the file is traceable under reference No. LCS2111080754R. Capacity of 1,200 street light units per month supports phased project delivery, and OEM/ODM branding, packaging and parameter customisation are available.
Tell us the road length, class and local sunlight profile we will return the configuration, spacing plan and expected autonomy.
