A national high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, customization, and supporting services of solar streetlights, we specialize in LED lighting integrated applications, high-efficiency crystalline silicon solar cell module manufacturing, photovoltaic power station development and construction, and the R&D and intelligent manufacturing of IoT-based smart lighting, urban intelligent transportation application management systems, and other application management and control systems.

The company covers 68,000 square meters, with 40,000 square meters of production and R&D facilities. We have a provincial-level LED lighting engineering and technology research center and a large team of talented professionals from various fields, including semiconductor lighting applications, solar photovoltaics, and mechanical electronics.

The facility boasts independent R&D laboratories, parts warehouses, finished product testing areas, and assembly areas, boasting six fully automated LED packaging production lines utilizing advanced semiconductor optical, thermal, and intelligent driver technologies (automatic current compensation for constant luminous flux output).

The facility boasts 173 sets of automated LED packaging equipment, R&D-grade LED light source testing equipment, high-speed automated LED lamp assembly lines, LED lamp testing equipment, and automated production and testing equipment for drivers and intelligent controllers.

The facility also boasts electronic-grade dust-free and anti-static production workshops and 19,200 square meters of R&D infrastructure.

The facility is ISO9001:2008 certified, with Class-A safety production standardization. It holds CE, RoHS, and IEC certifications, as well as IES test reports and certifications for IP rating, vibration testing, low-temperature testing (-20°C), high-temperature testing (60°C), high-low temperature testing, and salt spray testing.

Shenzhen Leadray Lighting's LED products have undergone comprehensive safety and energy-saving testing and certification by the CQC.

The company holds Class-A qualification as a professional contractor for urban and road lighting projects. It is a member of the Solar Photovoltaic Products Branch of the China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Machinery and Electronic Products and a member of the National Semiconductor Alliance.
