Organizational Structure Design for the Entire Solar Street Light Production Process (R&D → Production → Quality Control → Service)

Strong collaboration across R&D, Production, and Quality Control: Production drawings produced by the R&D department must be jointly reviewed by the Production and Quality Control departments to ensure they are "manufacturable and easy to test." This prevents "good-looking drawings that are unsuitable for mass production."

Technical issues discovered during production must be addressed by the Quality Control department in coordination with R&D to promote technical optimization.

Quick response across Sales, Production, and Warehousing: Upon receiving urgent orders, the Sales department must synchronize requirements with the Production Planning and Warehousing and Logistics teams, prioritizing production scheduling and ensuring rapid shipments to ensure efficient delivery in scenarios such as tight deadlines for municipal projects and seasonal demand for rural projects.

Full-chain quality control: The Quality Control Department covers not only the production process but also extends to raw material procurement (the Raw Materials Inspection Team) and after-sales feedback (collecting customer quality complaints to drive quality control optimization), forming a "closed quality loop."
