Through continuous R&D and innovation, our products have developed significant advantages in core technologies:

 

Using high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar panels, they achieve a photovoltaic conversion efficiency exceeding 23%, a 15% increase in power generation compared to conventional polycrystalline silicon panels.

 

The streetlights are equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries, boasting a cycle life exceeding 2,000 cycles and a service life of 8-10 years.

 

They come standard with a three-mode controller: light control, time control, and remote control. Select models also support GPRS remote monitoring, providing real-time feedback on the streetlight's operating status and enabling intelligent management.

 

To ensure product quality, Shenzhen Leadray has established a comprehensive, high-standard quality control system.

 

Starting with the arrival of raw materials, core components such as solar panels, lithium batteries, and LED light sources are rigorously inspected.

Technological research and development is our company's core competitiveness.

Before shipping, finished products must undergo simulated outdoor environmental testing (high and low temperature cycling, rain exposure, and impact resistance) and photovoltaic performance testing (power generation, lighting duration, and light decay).

 

Quality inspections are conducted at every stage of the production process. Light poles undergo flaw detection after welding, and controllers undergo a 72-hour burn-in test after assembly.

 

A random sample of 5% of each batch undergoes a 1,000-hour continuous lighting test. Only qualified products are allowed to ship.

 

Thanks to stringent quality control, Shenzhen Leadray's products have passed CE, ROHS, ISO9001 quality management system certifications, and CQC China Energy Conservation Product Certification, fully complying with the national "Technical Requirements for Solar Street Lights" (GB/T 36276-2018) standard.

 

We have 32 patent information, focusing on the research and development of photovoltaic lighting technology, intelligent control technology, and weak light power generation technology. We independently develop patented products and have the ability to innovate and design new products

 

The comprehensive product line suitable for a wide range of applications. Among them, the Municipal Engineering Series features 6-12 meter high-pole solar street lights with a light source power of 20-600W and a battery life of ≥7 days (in rainy and cloudy weather), meeting the high brightness and long life requirements of urban main roads and expressways.

To date, Shenzhen Leadray has successfully completed a number of typical projects, including urban road reconstruction in Tianjin, rural lighting projects in Shandong Province, and park construction in central Africa. It has supplied over 300,000 sets of solar street lights, maintaining a 100% lighting rate and winning wide acclaim from customers. Overseas Market: Our integrated solar street lights products are exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, South America, Australia and other regions. We will debut at the Light+Building exhibition in Frankfurt in 2026, deeply cultivate the European market, and expand overseas channel partners.

Leadray also assists in preparing product certificates, test reports, and other materials required for project acceptance.

Our After-sales service: Leadray offers a five-year warranty on solar panels, a three-year warranty on lithium batteries, and a two-year warranty on the entire lamp. A 24-hour after-sales response mechanism ensures that any issues are resolved within 48 hours, and on-site repairs are provided within 72 hours in remote areas, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
