In 2006, LEADRAY was a professional supplier of products such as electric poles, street light poles, solar street lights, high pole lights, and LED street lights. LEADRAY is a key enterprise in China's outdoor lighting manufacturing industry.

We have assembled a professional R&D team of over 35 people, 12 of whom have over 13 years of experience in the outdoor lighting or photovoltaic industry, covering a wide range of fields including electronic engineering, structural design, and materials science.

Shenzhen Leadray has also established a joint R&D center with a photovoltaic laboratory at a Shandong university and BYD, a renowned lithium battery company, to jointly focus on breakthroughs in key technologies such as efficient energy storage, low-temperature startup, and intelligent dimming.

Through continuous R&D and innovation, our products have developed significant advantages in core technologies: Using high-efficiency monocrystalline silicon solar panels, they achieve a photovoltaic conversion efficiency exceeding 23%, a 15% increase in power generation compared to conventional polycrystalline silicon panels.

The streetlights are equipped with lithium iron phosphate batteries, boasting a cycle life exceeding 2,000 cycles and a service life of 8-10 years.

They also feature triple protection against overcharge, over-discharge, and short-circuit, and can withstand extreme temperatures ranging from -30°C to 60°C.

They come standard with a three-mode controller: light control, time control, and remote control. Select models also support GPRS remote monitoring, providing real-time feedback on the streetlight's operating status and enabling intelligent management.

To ensure product quality, Shenzhen Leadray has established a comprehensive, high-standard quality control system.

Starting with the arrival of raw materials, core components such as solar panels, lithium batteries, and LED light sources are rigorously inspected.

Suppliers are required to provide certificates of conformity and undergo multiple tests, including power testing and charge-discharge cycle testing. Unqualified materials are returned.

Quality inspections are conducted at every stage of the production process. Light poles undergo flaw detection after welding, and controllers undergo a 72-hour burn-in test after assembly.

Before shipping, finished products must undergo simulated outdoor environmental testing (high and low temperature cycling, rain exposure, and impact resistance) and photovoltaic performance testing (power generation, lighting duration, and light decay).

A random sample of 5% of each batch undergoes a 1,000-hour continuous lighting test. Only qualified products are allowed to ship.

Thanks to stringent quality control, Shenzhen Leadray's products have passed CE, ROHS, ISO9001 quality management system certifications, and CQC China Energy Conservation Product Certification, fully complying with the national "Technical Requirements for Solar Street Lights" (GB/T 36276-2018) standard.

The company offers a comprehensive product line suitable for a wide range of applications. Among them, the Municipal Engineering Series features 6-12 meter high-pole solar street lights with a light source power of 30-200W and a battery life of ≥7 days (in rainy and cloudy weather), meeting the high brightness and long life requirements of urban main roads and expressways.

The Rural Revitalization Series features simple 3-6 meter solar street lights, offering outstanding cost-effectiveness and easy installation. They have served 568 rural lighting projects nationwide, solving lighting challenges in remote villages.

The customized series includes integrated solar street lights, landscape solar street lights, and smart solar street lights (with integrated monitoring, charging stations, and WiFi), providing personalized solutions for specific scenarios such as parks, scenic areas, and parking lots.

To date, Shenzhen Leadray has successfully completed a number of typical projects, including urban road reconstruction in Tianjin, rural lighting projects in Shandong Province, and park construction in central Africa. It has supplied over 300,000 sets of solar street lights, maintaining a 100% lighting rate and winning wide acclaim from customers.

In terms of service, the company has established a comprehensive "pre-sales, mid-sales, and after-sales" service system.

Pre-sales, a professional team will provide customers with scenario-based solutions based on the project's location, such as sunshine hours and road width, and offer free sample testing.

During the sales process, detailed installation drawings and video tutorials are provided. When necessary, technicians will be dispatched to assist with on-site commissioning. Leadray also assists in preparing product certificates, test reports, and other materials required for project acceptance.

After-sales service, Leadray offers a five-year warranty on solar panels, a three-year warranty on lithium batteries, and a two-year warranty on the entire lamp. A 24-hour after-sales response mechanism ensures that any issues are resolved within 48 hours, and on-site repairs are provided within 72 hours in remote areas, ensuring peace of mind for customers.
