Team Configuration: 200 people + Production Team, divided into the Light Pole Processing Group (40 people), Solar Panel Assembly Group (35 people), Lithium Battery Packaging Group (30 people), Finished Product Assembly Group (60 people), and Logistics and Distribution Group (35 people).

Thirty of these individuals are "technically skilled" (such as welding technicians and commissioning specialists), all of whom must pass a "skills assessment + practical certification" before taking up their posts.
