Company History

2005 year

Shandong Lighting Factory was established with a registered capital of 51 million RMB.

Build a modern factory in the 68 million acre Shandong Industrial Park. The base is equipped with a research and development center for solar photovoltaic street lights and a pilot workshop, focusing on four core product lines: solar street lights, photovoltaic modules, intelligent monitoring systems, and military lighting.
2007 year

The Shandong production base will further expand its R&D team and upgrade its production line, focusing on the research and development of military grade technologies such as GJB national military standards, EMC electromagnetic compatibility, extreme environment adaptation, and encrypted communication.
2008 year
Participated in the preparation of the General Technical Specification for Solar Outdoor Lighting Devices GB/T 24460-2025 and became one of the standard setting units in the solar street lamp industry. Strict indicators such as photovoltaic conversion efficiency, MPPT control, energy storage BMS, charging and discharging are included in the standards.
2009 year
The Shandong factory undertakes the solar photovoltaic power station project in the Shanghai World Expo Park. Participated in the development of the national standard GB/T 24460, and the entire series of solar street lights, photovoltaic modules, inverters, and energy storage systems have passed CE, IEC, SASO, and UL certifications, meeting the needs of the European Union, North America, and the Middle East. We are a global provider of street light solutions.

2012 year

Invested 6 million CNY to expand the product lines, and manage to manufacture the Street Light Poles and Landscape Lighting products all by ourselves. Became a national high-tech enterprise.

Patent design Split solar street light / Solar Parking Lot Light / Combined Solar Lamp launched successfully.
2014 year
The street lamp has obtained the production qualification approved by the Ministry of Military Industry.

Through GJB 9001C-2017 National Military Standard Quality Management System Certification, covering the entire process of street lamp design, production, and inspection with military grade quality control.
2016 year

Established Shenzhen Leadray Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. to focus on expanding the export channels in the global market. Entered the field of Energy Storage Batteries, and manage to manufacture the five major components of solar street lights ourselves.

Participated in the 120th Autumn Canton Fair in 2016.
2017 year
Entered into the field of smart street lights and multi-function poles. Patent design LRC-H / I / J / L all-in-one solar street light launched successfully. In 2017, participated in the Australian Energy Lighting Exhibition and the 20th South Africa Exhibition, Guangya Exhibition, and Thailand Lighting Exhibition.

2019 year

In the twelfth year of its establishment, the company's strategy shifted towards brand building. In addition, offices in South Africa and Mozambique have been established to fully develop the global market.

Leadray participated in the Kenya exhibition in July and the UAE Dubai exhibition in October.
2021 year

In November 2021, Leadray participated in the 13th World Photovoltaic Exhibition, Canton Fair, and Ningbo International Lighting Exhibition, as well as the Las Vegas Energy Show in the United States.
2023 year
LEADRAY's latest product design for street lamp CCTV monitoring is equipped with an IoT intelligent monitoring platform, which integrates single lamp/loop monitoring, energy management, security linkage, fault warning, and operation and maintenance scheduling. It is suitable for municipal, park, border defense, overseas infrastructure and other scenarios.
2025 year
In 2025, participated in the SNEC Photovoltaic Conference and Exhibition (Shanghai), Thailand Lighting Exhibition, and the Frankfurt Lighting Exhibition in Germany in March 2026.

The patented design LP1/LC3/LBA/LA2 integrated solar street light has been successfully launched and has been well received and loved by foreign customers.
