  • Recently, LEADRAY Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. has completed assembly line assembly, aging testing, and warehousing for three integrated solar street lights, LRC-H60W, LRC-H80W, and LRC-H100W, customized for Polish partners. A total of 160 sets of these lights will be shipped to Poland for use in local rural roads, suburban roads, and community public lighting upgrade projects. Details of customized configuration for this batch of Polish orders.       1. Unified standard for core hardware The entire LED light source series adopts PHILIPS 3030 original LED beads, with a uniform color temperature of 4000K neutral white light, stable light efficiency, excellent color rendering, and high comfort for nighttime road lighting; Aluminum profile integrated heat dissipation chamber, with controllable temperature rise during long-term high-power lighting, greatly extending the service life of the lamp.   Energy storage and photovoltaic system batteries: Safe and stable lithium iron phosphate LiFePO4 lithium batteries with excellent low-temperature resistance, suitable for the cold winter climate in Poland;   Solar panel: monocrystalline silicon photovoltaic panel, with high conversion rate and strong weak light power generation ability, ensuring better charging efficiency in Nordic short day environments;   Controller: Shuori dedicated solar charging and discharging controller, with complete overcharge, overdischarge, and lightning protection.   The shell is made of aviation aluminum AL6063-T5 oxidized silver shell, which is corrosion-resistant, salt spray resistant, and can withstand outdoor rain, snow, and frost weather in Europe. The protection level is IP65.     3. Customer specified customized lighting program (no induction pure time control mode) Three types of power are uniformly implemented according to customer customized time-sharing dimming strategies, with intelligent step-by-step power reduction for 16 hours throughout the night, balancing lighting effects and battery life: First 5 minutes: 100% full power on.   Next 2 hours: 65% power Another 2 hours: 60% power Another 2 hours: 45% power Last 6 hours: 20% low-power duty The entire process does not use human body sensing, with pure time control mode, meeting the long-term lighting requirements of Polish municipal roads throughout the night.   4. Export requirements for packaging and labeling The outer packaging adopts foreign trade standard export cardboard boxes, with internal shock protection; Label: Standard product label+customer exclusive customized label double label pasting; The box markings and documents are made according to Polish customs clearance requirements to ensure smooth customs clearance and entry. Strict production control and adaptation to the high-altitude working conditions in Europe, all orders are assembled on a large scale on our high-power LED fully automatic production line. The workshop assembly line is arranged in an orderly manner, and each unit is tested for aging and lighting when powered on.   The technical leader conducts spot checks and reviews on the aluminum shell structure, light source module, and wiring sealing one by one. In response to the low temperature and prolonged rainy weather in Poland during winter, we have strengthened the verification of battery low-temperature discharge performance and the waterproof glue coating process for the entire lamp, ensuring stable operation even in a low temperature environment of minus 20 ℃ and continuous rainy days to reach the standard.     The LRC-H integrated solar street light is an off grid independent power supply product that does not require cable laying or zero electricity maintenance. It is very suitable for European rural road expansion, remote village lighting, parking lot, and industrial park peripheral road renovation.
