What is a secondary optical distribution solar street light?
If you have seen two solar street lamps with the same power, you will find that there is a big gap in the lighting effect. The problem is probably due to the secondary optical light distribution.
After many ordinary solar street lights are lit up, the light spreads out uncontrollably in all directions, which is a one-time light output inherent in the LED itself. The light shines upwards into the night sky and onto the green belt on both sides, but the actual amount of light falling on the road surface actually decreases.
Secondary optical light distribution is the installation of a precisely designed optical lens in front of the LED bead.
It's like installing a 'directional navigator' on the lights. The light that was originally running around will be re focused and the projection angle adjusted by the lens, accurately descending onto the road surface.
Let me give you a very straightforward example
Ordinary flat road lamp head=turn on the flashlight and shine directly, the light spreads wide, bright near and dark far away.
Secondary optical lens street lamp=flashlight combined with spotlight cup, organizing the beam of light into a long strip-shaped spot, elongating it along the direction of the road, making the road surface long and even.
After installing secondary optical lenses, street lamps can bring four tangible benefits

Lamps without lenses waste a lot of light energy in non road areas.
A street lamp with a secondary light distribution lens directs more effective light towards the asphalt pavement. With the same 60W and 70W power, the lens version has significantly better illumination effect, without the mottled road surface with bright center and dark sides.
2. The irradiation distance is farther, and the distance between street lamps can be wider
The installation spacing of ordinary flat street lights can mostly only reach 18-19 meters.

4. The road illumination is more uniform, with almost no dark areas
Streetlights without lenses typically have circular light spots. The area closest to the lamp post is the brightest, while the brightness quickly decreases slightly further away, and a dark pit is prone to appear between the two sections of street lights.
The secondary optical lens will generate a rectangular strip of light spot, which extends along the direction of the road. The brightness of adjacent street lamps can be perfectly connected, and the brightness of the entire road is smooth and uniform.
