Solar Panel: For example, the LRC-H120W model uses a 36V 160W monocrystalline silicon solar panel with a service life of 25 years, which can efficiently convert solar energy into electrical energy. Battery: Equipped with a lithium iron phosphate battery, the LRC-H120W model has a battery capacity of 25.6V 921.6Wh, with a service life of 8 - 10 years, featuring high energy, long life, and environmental protection.   LED Light Source: The LRC-H120W model has a maximum power of 24V 120W, a light flux of 21600lm (typical value), a service life of 50,000 hours, a color temperature of 2700 - 6500K, a CRI of >75Ra, and a beam angle of 150x80°, which can provide high-brightness, high-quality lighting.   Smart Control Function: It has a timer control function. For example, it can be set to 1 hour of 30% lighting + 2 hours of 100% lighting + 2 hours of 50% lighting + 7 hours of 20% lighting, lasting for 12 hours. Some models are also equipped with a PIR motion sensor. When motion is detected, the light will increase in brightness, and when there is no motion, it will automatically adjust to a low-brightness state to save energy. Usually, a 2.5 - inch GI pole with an outer diameter of 60 mm is preferred. Dig a hole about 3 to 4 feet deep for the pole foundation, and the depth can be adjusted according to the pole height and local regulations. In some cases, concrete may need to be poured for added stability.     System Testing: Before fixing all components, test the system. Cover the solar panel to simulate night conditions and observe whether the light turns on, and check whether the light turns off when the solar panel is exposed to sunlight to ensure that all components are functioning properly.   Component Fixing: According to the height of the lamp pole, install the integrated lamp head on the top of the lamp pole, and use bolts or clamps to fix the lamp firmly, ensuring that it is facing downward to ensure the lighting effect. Adjust the tilt angle of the solar panel according to the local latitude angle, usually facing south for the best lighting effect.     Final Checks: Cover the solar panel again to check whether the light turns on to ensure that the light is working properly. Tighten any loose bolts or screws, and ensure that the light fixture is positioned correctly for optimal lighting coverage.   Pole Erection: Erect the pole in the dug hole and pour gravel and concrete into it.
