2. Solar street lamp technical parameters and equipment selection
Street lamp specifications
The solar street lamp with pole height 6.5 meters and 40W LED light source is selected to meet the needs of rural and urban roads .
Equipped with polycrystalline silicon solar panel (conversion efficiency ≥18%), lithium battery energy storage system (battery life ≥3 rainy days).
Intelligent function extension
Support light control + time control dual mode , automatically adjust the lighting time according to the ambient brightness .
Old street lamp transformation plan: retain the original light pole, install split solar modules (including panels, energy storage modules), reduce the transformation cost.
3. Solar street lamp implementation steps and division of labor
The preliminary preparation
Site investigation : Determine the location layout of street lights, avoid trees and ensure uniform illumination (25-30 meters spacing is recommended).
Personnel training : Organize the construction team to learn installation norms and safe operations (including aerial work, electrical wiring, etc.).
Construction process
Foundation construction : anchor bolts are embedded and concrete foundation is poured (depth ≥ 1.2m).
Module installation : The solar panel should be tilted to the south (the Angle should be adjusted according to the latitude), and the height and inclination of the luminaire should meet the road lighting standards.
System debugging : test charge and discharge performance and lighting brightness, optimize controller parameters.
Acceptance and handover
Site acceptance shall be carried out jointly with designer, supervisor and beneficiary village representative to check quantity, illumination and installation process .
Sign 5-year warranty agreement and specify maintenance responsibilities (such as battery replacement, panel cleaning, etc.) .

Equipment failure : establish a 24-hour response mechanism, relying on local service providers quick maintenance.
