More safety as below testing: Vibration test: Place the full charged battery on the shaking platform, vibrate 30mins as below: Displacement amplitude: X Axis 0.38mm, Y Axis 0.19mm Frequency: X Axis 10 to 30 Hz, Y Axis 30 to 50 Hz Result: no leakage, no air leakage, no explosion, no fire, no influence for performance and appearance. Drop test: Drop the full charged battery from 1m height to 5cm hard wood on the floor, and drop it twice by different side Result: no leakage, no air leakage, no explosion, no fire, no influence for performance and appearance.     Time control system of solar street lamp 1.Smart energy management, adjust the output power according to the battery capacity to prolong the lighting hours; For example: Time Control Total Time: 12h The lamp will stay on according to above metioned hours and lighting percentage (12H). It will shift and turn on/off automactically.       The default of our Leadray Integrated solar street light is “1227”. “1227” means we set up the light to be lit in 1 hour at 30% light on+2 hours at 100% light on+ 2 hours at 50% light on+7 hours at 20%. That is to say the integrated solar street light start working from 6pm, and from 6pm to 7pm the street light has only 30% light on; then from 7pm to 9pm, the light will be full brightness(100% light on);   From 9pm to 11pm, 50% light on; From 11am to 6am(the next day) 20% light on. The integrated street light will shift from one setting to another automatically(including on and off), we take this way (1hour+2hours+2hours+7hours) as a default because we think this meets the people's movement.   But you can request another way like “2226”, just need to consider the power consumption.
