We suggest use the both AC and DC charging model in those places where lack of sunshine or have long-time rainy days. 2.“ All in One solar street light ” adopts the long life Lithium battery for storing energy, charging temperature at day time is between: 0℃~+60℃, when temperature goes lower than 0℃, the control system will stop automatically to protect the battery, and it will revive to charge the battery while temperature goes higher than 0℃. Discharging temperature at night is between: -20℃~+60℃, any ambient beyond will take damage to the battery. It prove the power of solar garden light battery is not enough to support normal lighting, so you need have 2-3 goods sunlight charged, especially in Winter season, the sunlight intensity is much below the standard sunlight (1000kw/m2), it may need more longer time to charge. Why the charging efficiency is low in winter or cloudy day? Generally the sunlight standard is 1000kw/m2, in the winter or cloudy day, the sunlight intensity are much lower than standard so the charging efficiency is lower accordingly.

More safety as below testing: Vibration test: Place the full charged battery on the shaking platform, vibrate 30mins as below: Displacement amplitude: X Axis 0.38mm, Y Axis 0.19mm Frequency: X Axis 10 to 30 Hz, Y Axis 30 to 50 Hz Result: no leakage, no air leakage, no explosion, no fire, no influence for performance and appearance. Drop test: Drop the full charged battery from 1m height to 5cm hard wood on the floor, and drop it twice by different side Result: no leakage, no air leakage, no explosion, no fire, no influence for performance and appearance. High-temperature test: Place the full charged battery in the oven, increase the temperature to 135±2oC by the rate of 5±2oC/mins and keep the temperature for 10mins Result: no fire, no explosion Short circuit test: Place the full charged battery into fume cupboard, short out positive and negative pole (total resistor below 50 m?), watch the change of the battery temperature, and finish the test when temperature drop 10oC compare to the peak temperature. How to choose the solar cell: solar cell have 2 types: mono and poly crystalline, the efficiency is 17% and 16%. When we need more power in specified area, we choose mono crystalline. If we just need the same power in specified area, we choose poly crystalline, because poly is cheaper than mono, and they can produce the same power at same condition.
