The factory uses high-quality steel, processed with CNC cutting, seamless welding, and hot-dip galvanizing, followed by electrostatic spraying to form a double protective layer. This resists the humidity and salt corrosion of Italy's Mediterranean climate, extending its outdoor lifespan. Considering the unique context of Italy's numerous historical towns, some light poles feature a minimalist retro design, avoiding visual conflict between overly modern styles and medieval stone architecture, achieving a harmonious unity of function and aesthetics.

This batch of light poles, soon to arrive in Italy, carries the expectations of diverse application scenarios. In charming towns like Monte Cassino, these lights will feature intelligent dimming to suit both bustling commercial streets and tranquil alleyways. Pedestrian and vehicle traffic sensors will precisely adjust light intensity, while remote monitoring and management will reduce manual inspection costs. On highways and suburban roads, their stable structural strength and uniform light coverage will ensure safe driving at night. In modern urban areas, the "multi-pole integration" design allows for the integration of monitoring, 5G base station functions, and other features, contributing to smart city construction.

Each batch of lights undergoes multiple tests before leaving the factory: grounding continuity testing ensures resistance ≤0.1Ω; IP65 waterproof testing passes 40 minutes of spray and immersion; and a -40℃ low-temperature start-up test ensures normal operation in winter. For high-mast lights exceeding 8 meters in height, a special audit is conducted by TÜV Notified Body. All technical documents, including structural design drawings, wind load calculations, and multilingual manuals, are compiled and archived to provide complete documentation for customs clearance and subsequent maintenance.

The logistics from the factory to the Italian delivery address are also meticulously planned. The factory selects freight forwarding companies with experience in dedicated European routes, prioritizing ocean freight services. Cargo dimensions and weight are clearly defined before booking to avoid additional costs due to exceeding width or height limits. The light poles utilize custom-designed moisture-proof and impact-resistant packaging. Individual poles are wrapped in film and secured to dedicated brackets; when multiple poles are loaded together, buffer space is provided to prevent damage from bumps during long-distance transport.

As an EU member state, Italy has stringent compliance requirements for imported light poles, which is a core principle of the factory's production. From the initial design stage, the light poles fully comply with the CE certification system and strictly adhere to the three core directives of Electrical Safety (LVD), Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC), and Energy Efficiency and Environmental Protection (ErP/RoHS).

In terms of structural design, considering Italy's mountainous terrain and frequent strong winds, the flange thickness of the light poles is reinforced according to height, with models over 10 meters having a thickness of no less than 20 mm. They also pass wind pressure tests with wind speeds of ≥12 levels to ensure long-term stability after installation.
